Create Your Own Bot in Minutes

Before connecting your bot to our service, you’ll need to create it using Telegram’s official bot manager. It’s fast, free, and only takes a few steps:

  1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather
  2. Start a chat and type /newbot
  3. Follow the prompts to:
  4. - Give your bot a name (e.g. “Kempo.eu support bot”)
    - Choose a unique username ending in bot (e.g. kempo_eu_bot)
  5. Once created, BotFather will send you a bot token — a long string of letters and numbers
  6. Copy this token, you’ll need it to connect your bot to our email service in your admin panel

Don’t have a Telegram account? No problem. We can create your exclusive bot under our telegram account, and you can use it without needing to sign up or manage anything yourself. You can select this in our admin panel.

Please note creating this bot needs to be done manually still, so you have to wait until we have done this for you.

Getting started is simple. Log in to your admin panel on email-to-sm.com and head to the telegram configuration panel. From there, you can:

  • choose your telegram bot name
  • assign who needs to be able to receive and send emails to the bot
